NavyYard as Attending Surgeon, where he served untilassigned to a three years tour of special duty on theTallapoosa in 1879. He was on the ilagship Lancas-ter from [884 to 1887 on the European and SouthAtlantic stations, and on the Dolphin from 1S93 to1S96.
