SAN DIEGO (Nov. 7, 2018) -- Mr. Scott P. Lawry, a civilian pharmacist at Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD) is presented the Navy Pharmacy Civilian Pharmacist of the Year award by Capt. Bradford Smith, NMCSD commanding officer. Lowry was presented the award for displaying exceptional professionalism, personal initiative, and loyal devotion to the Navy Pharmacy community, distinguishing him from his peers.
