A controlled demolition using explosives staggered on some of the 21 floors of this tower block, called Highworth Point, Hackney, East London. The Hackney Council block was built in the 1970s, but quickly became subject to serious leaking problems, black mould & heating difficulties. In September 1986 it was brought down. Third of a series of four pictures: ' the sag'. The building is engulfed in smoke & the left edge leads in the collapse of the structure.
