Loch Goil from Carrick Castle with yachts anchored during the summer


Loch Goil is a sea loch and is an arm of Loch Long in Argyll Scotland. This photograph is taken from the small village of Carrick Castle which is 4 miles () south of Lochgoilhead. The hills in the background are Cnoc Coinnich which is 761m tall and the one in front covered by trees is Carn Glas which is 502m high.
