Spc. Jamilya Christopher, 610th Quartermaster Company, in-processes Pvt. Nia David, 631st Engineer Company, at the JRSOI site at the Leonard B. Francis Readiness Center on St. Thomas, May 14. The JRSOI is the in-processing point for all military personnel participating in Vigilant Guard 17-03, national disaster response exercise being conducted in the Virgin Islands, May 15-19, hosted by the Virgin Islands National Guard and Northern Command.
