The Veturilo public bicycle sharing system was launched in Warsaw in August 2012. There are currently 1000 bicycles at 55 stations throughout the city. Users need to register and pay a 10 zloty fee. The first 20 minutes of a ride is free, then further payment, such as 5 zloty for three hours, 7 zloty for four hours. Bikes can be rented for up to 12 hours between March and November.
