Lt. Col. Robert Kellam, commander of the 1st Battalion, 291st Brigade Support Battalion, provides opening comments to start the Fort McCoy observance of the 2018 Martin Luther King Jr. holiday Jan. 11, 2018, at Fort McCoy, Wis. The observance was hosted by the 1st Battalion, 291st Brigade Support Battalion, which belongs to the 181st Multi-Functional Training Brigade. The Rev. Peggy M. Williams, executive minister at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Madison, Wis., was the guest speaker for the event.
