An Airman with the 509th Civil Engineer Squadron clears snow off a flightline ramp using an airport runway sweeper at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri, Jan 27, 2021. During heavy snow events, Team Whiteman civil engineers work around the clock to clear more than 276, 000 square yards of runway and 34 miles of paved roads in support of the B-2 Spirit stealth bomber mission, which continues regardless of weather.
