Medals of Capt. Charles (Chuck) E. Engle from his time as a pilot in Southeast Asia during the Vietnam War. He was awarded the Air Force Cross, the Silver Star and the Purple Heart. The medals are on display while a memorial mile of US 27 is dedicated in his honor September 8th, 2017, in his hometown of Lynn, Indiana.
