For the main Queen and Grey Street frontsa columnar method of design has been adopted, termin-ating at the apex formed by the junction of the tw(;streets in a segmental colonnade, surmounted by a tower18 feet square and 130 feet high, in which is fixed theclock with four dials of S\ feet diameter, i)resentedby Mr. A.
