31 Dec 10 Alexandia, VA. Stacia A. Hylton was sworn-in as the 10th director of the Marshals Service today in a ceremony officiated by Senior Judge Claude M. Hilton at the District Court in Alexandria, Hylton's husband Ike and son Chris hold the bible as she's sworn in. Hylton is the first woman to hold the position.
