Chemical fire tanks mounted on speeders utilized by the Bureau of Fire Prevention in St. Sulpice, Gironde, France during World War One. The tanks were issued to combat chemical fires. This photograph, taken by Lt. Strohmeyer on March 25, 1919, is numbered 45991, with additional notes referring to a related image, number 45992, taken on March 18-19.
