Passengers fromJacksonville take the steamer train every Thursday at 7:30a. m. on the Florida Central and Peninsular Railway at theUnion Depot, and are carried to Fernandina. Here theyare met by the Cumberland boat, which conveys them bythe inland route to Brunswick, Ga., where they take theocean steamer. This company, known as the Savannah Line, carriespassengers by rail from Jacksonville to Savannah, wherethey take the steamer for New York every Tuesday, Fridayand Sunday, This line also runs a steamer from Savannah,to Boston every Thursday.
