A Marine Corps KC-130J aircraft conducts a touch and go landing during aircraft landing zone training in support of Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, at Grand Bara, Djibouti, Jan. 28, 2017. The training allowed the aircraft pilots to re-certify their dirt landing qualification. Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa is a multinational effort to conduct theater security cooperation, combat violent extremism and enable freedom of movement within East Africa in order to defend interests and support aligned regional efforts.
