A cased pair of percussion pistols, Jules Aubron, Nantes, circa 1850. Octagonal Damascus barrels, rifled bores in 14 mm calibre with patent breeches and dovetailed front sights (one missing). Floral engraved front action, percussion locks (one cock welded) with gold-inlaid signatures "J. Aubron fils de làine arqer a Nantes". Carved saw-handle walnut stocks with engraved iron furniture.
