A peer to peer tab is awarded to Airmen after completing the Peer Support Program foundational course at Shaw Air Force Base, , Dec. 8, 2022. Peer supporters are trained to identify colleagues in distress and assist in connecting them to an appropriate resource in an effort to foster help-seeking behaviors in the workplace.
