Television crew for local news station filming at launch of new lifeboat "Jim Hewitt" at Beachley in Gloucestershire. The boat belongs to SARA, the Severn Area Rescue Association and is manned by volunteers. The lifeboat cost more than £220, and was funded as part of the scheme to use fines on banks for Libor scandal for good causes.
