Giordano hosts the Fiscal Year 2017 Sailor of the Year ceremony at the Navy Memorial in Washington. The four Sailors of the Year (SOYs) represent Fleet Forces, Pacific Fleet, Navy Reserve and Navy Shore, respectively.
