Srinagar, Kashmir. 29th Mar, 2017. Couple sit by tulips. As the spring sets in and flowers are in full bloom, the Tulip festival is prepared for April 1. The festival will be hosted at the Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden, overlooking the scenic Dal Lake.
