A First World War era group picture of C Company, 8th Officers Cadet Battalion. The officer cadets have white bands around their hats to indicate that they are cadets and each man wears the cap badge of his origional regiment. In the front cantre the traning staff can be seen including both officers and Sargents. Believed to have been at Whittington Barracks, Lichfield. The photographers were from Tamworth, Staffordshire.
