Marine infantrymen of "p" Company, 7th Marines, boarding UH-34D helicopters for a sweep and clear operation. The helicopters landed the Marines in Viet Cong territory 12 miles south of Cu Mong. The Marines proceeded to sweep and occupy the village, establishing contact with "H" Company. July 27, 1965.
