Descendants of Maj. Gen. Robert Bruce McCoy, the man whom Fort McCoy, Wis., is named after, visit the Fort McCoy History Center on July 8, 2022, during a special visit to the post by the McCoy family. The McCoy descendants visited the Fort McCoy Commemorative Area and all it offers to learn more about their family’s military history with the installation.
