Marines, family and friends attend a memorial service in honor of Sgt. Gary Wilson, drill instructor with Lima Company, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, Dec. 12, 2018. Wilson passed away from injuries sustained during a motorcycle accident. Wilson received the Navy Marine Corps Medal for his actions on Sept. 18, 2018 where he rescued two motorist form two burning vehicles.
