Ruined columns of Ionic double colonnade stoa in Agora market place area of Nysa ancient city in Aydin province of Turkey. The agora was a wide market place spreading in the east-west direction and 130m in the north-east direction. Nysa on the Meander belonged to Caria but under the Roman Empire it was within the province of Asia which had Ephesus for its capital.
