WHITE BEACH, Japan (Sept. 3, 2021) A Commander Fleet Activities Okinawa port operations-contracted tug boat returns to CFAO White Beach Naval Facility as Independence-class littoral combat ship USS Tulsa (LCS 16) departs. Tulsa conducted a brief stop for resupply at CFAO White Beach Naval Facility.
