CAMP ARIFJAN, Kuwait – Soldiers from the 490th Signal Company run a 400 meter lap as part of the 54th Strategic Signal Battalion’s Phoenix Challenge, March 1, 2019, at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. The 54th SSB commemorates its 28th anniversary with a physical and mental competition to promote well-being and esprit de corps. The 54th SSB provides the means of communication to the warfighter throughout Southwest Asia.
