CT scan with myelogram showing spinal stenosis of the lumbar spine

82 year old man with a history of back pain and leg weakness. CT scan with myelogram shows that spinal contrast column is well visualized from L1 level to sacral cul-de-sac. Ventral extradural defects are noted at all levels compatible with disc bulges/osteophytes. There is moderate to severe spinal stenosis at L3/L4 and L4/L5. There is nerve root cut off bilaterally at L3/L4 and L4/L5. Overall there is advanced lumbar spondylosis and degenerative disease of the lumbar spine with multilevel spinal stenosis from L3 to L5.
