EASTERN PACIFIC OCEAN (Oct. 13, 2018) Command Master Chief Francisco Valdovinos, assigned to amphibious assault ship USS Boxer (LHD 4), is reenlisted by Capt. Ronald Dowdell, the commanding officer of Boxer, before the Navy’s 243th birthday celebration in the hangar bay. Boxer is underway conducting routine operations in the 3rd Fleet area of operations.
