London, UK, 6th October 2016. A campaigner holds a banner calling on Kensington and Chelsea and Piercy & Co to be investigated outside the RIBA as people arrive for the Stirling Prize award. The protest, organised by Architects for Social Housing pointed out that one of the shortlisted projects, Trafalgar Place, was built on the demolished Heygate Estate, which they say was 'stolen from the people' and hundreds of social housing tenants and leaseholders evicted and the site sold at one tenth of its value to the developers.
