The quarterly load crew competitions pit Airmen from the 492nd, 493rd and 494th Aircraft Maintenance Units against each other to see who will compete for the title of Load Crew of the Year. The four-part competition consisted of a written test, uniform inspection, a weapons load and an inspection of the composite toolkit to wrap things up. The winning team will be announced during the Maintenance Professional of the Year banquet in March.
