The cars are equipped withBaldwin trucks with 34-inch steeled wheels. The wheel baseIs 6 feet and the gauge 5 feet 2V2 inches. The cars aredesigned to round a 35-foot curve. The new equipment is designed for operation by the General Electric type multiple-unit control, if the traffic shalldemand it, and each car has four G. E. 73 motors of 75 horse-power each.
