Dean Gibson Roman Catholic primary school was designed by John Stalker and was built in school was later relocated to new premises and the original school building was then used as the Saint John Boste Social Club. The building has been derelict for several years and now in Autumn 2011 is about to be demolished to make way for a new building for a medical general practise group.
