Sculpture 19th dynasty, Saqqara, testimony from the epoch of Ramses II (1303 - 1213). On the front of the picture, Ptahmai sits between his wife Hatshepsut andhis daughter Iniuhaj. The central figure is Ptahmai, which is bald-headed with a double-rowed chain of gold-bead beads around the neck. The two chains point to his military merits, probably during the victorious wars of Pharaoh Ramses II. After his military time, Ptahmai Wab priest of the Ptah was depicted with shaved head according to the purity of the priesthood.
