PORTLAND, Ore. (May 22, 2017) Commanding Officer of the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40) Capt. Drew St. John is saluted by sideboys during a change of command ceremony May 22. St. John was relieved by Capt. Jeff Farah during the ceremony held at the Naval Operations Support Center Portland. Frank Cable, currently in Portland, Ore. for a scheduled dry-dock maintenance availability, conducts maintenance and support of submarines and surface vessels in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
