(July 25, 2018) - Force Master Chief James Osborne (left), Naval Surface Force, Pacific Fleet, speaks with retired Navy Capt. Paul Weckman during a tour of Sanford Health, in Fargo, , home to the nation's first hospital Veterans Club, during Fargo-Moorhead Metro Navy Week. The Navy Office of Community Outreach uses the Navy Week program to bring Navy Sailors, equipment and displays to approximately 14 American cities each year for a week-long schedule of outreach engagements designed for Americans to experience first hand how the Navy is the Navy the nation needs.
