Tuscany Grosseto Pieve ad Lamulas Parrocchiale, this is my Italy, the italian country of visual history, The foundations of this parish church date from before 1000, and the church itself dates from the 13th century. It was restored 1932-40. Exterior photos include a view, the facade, and the semicircular apsidal chapels the oldest remaining portion of the church. Views of the interior include the nave, altar and aisles. Sculptural photos include a wooden Madonna & Child and architectural details, such as capitals with vegetal and animal motifs.
