At the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan, NASA astronaut Frank Rubio is seated in front of the Soyuz MS-22 spacecraft. Rubio is scheduled to launch with crewmates Roscosmos cosmonaut Sergey Prokopyev and Dmitri Petelin Sept. 21 for a six-month mission on the International Space Station.
