Lloyd Ketchum who gave his life in the line of duty during the Korean War. The flag lowering was completed in accordance with a governor of Wisconsin executive order. On Dec. 2, 1951, Ketchum was posthumously awarded the Distinguished Service Cross for his actions. On April 23, 2018, Sgt. 1st Class R.
