This photograph shows a Quartermaster depot located near a railroad freight depot in Rolampont, France during World War I. The purpose of this setup was to minimize the handling of freight and facilitate logistics for the 42nd Division. The image was taken by a photographer from the Signal Corps and was censored and released by the War College Division on March 14, 1913.
