A 3 picture stitch panoramic of Mermaid Quay in Cardiff Bay - a regenerated commercialised area south of Cardiff.

Cardiff Bay (Bae Caerdydd) is a commercialised southern area of Cardiff which lies beside a 500 acre freshwater lake. It is the regeneration area created by the Cardiff Barrage around the former dockland area south of the city centre. The red/orange brick building is the The Pierhead Building, former headquarters of the Bute Dock Company. A grade 1 listed building it now houses the visitor centre for the National Assembly for Wales.
