Great expenses have been met and manyimprovements made by a wise use of a very little; and we whowould like to see our College take a place beside the best schoolsof the land hope that, by wider means, Miss Pelletreau may beencouraged and given a larger field for the exercise of her un-usual ability. That much of her future, as has been her past,may be bound up in the College, is the earnest wish of ALUMNAE RECORDER.
