It has now been fruitedfor several years, bearing large crops annually ofhandsome berries; so fine as to command alwaysthe highest price in market, and so abundant as tofar outyield the Wilson under high culture in anadjoining field. Its canes are strong, uprightgrowers, entirely hardy and immensely productivewith foliage that is always clean and healthy. Theberries are large and long, shining jet black, richand sweet.
