As a pul- verizer, it is unequalled, and especially on broken or uneven surfaces, among stones, in sod or heavy clay. It has more cutting surfaces than any pulverizer in the market. The high arched frame allows it to pass over obstructions easily. The blades are S-shaped and ground sharp on the cutting edges and overlap; they cut into and lift the soil to a depth of 4 to 6 inches, turning and pulverizing the ground precisely like the hand spade. The gangs which float freely can be adjusted to any desired angle by the hand levers. The cleaners are stationary and clean the blades no matter what the condition of the soil.
