A silver-hilted German smallsword,circa 1760 Double-edged,thrusting blade(somewhat pitted)with flat ridges. Decorative etching and a Latin motto at the base of the blade on both sides. Silver fluted knucklebow hilt with rococo decoration. The leather-covered,wooden scabbard has silver furniture decorated en suite.
