Staff Sgt. Arnold Rojas, the Admin Manager for the Iraqi Train and Equipment Fund (ITEF) section with the 316th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), a Army Reserve unit from Coraopolis, Pa., exits the pool after completing the swim portion of the German Armed Forces Badge qualification. The GAFPB is one of the most sought after foreign awards in the United States Army. The 316th ESC and the 1st Sustainment Command (Theater) had the privilage of hosting the award qualifications at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait April 27, 2017.
