St Mary Woolnoth. One of the 'Fifty New Churches' or 'Queen Anne Churches', built 1716-1727 by Nicholas Hawksmoor in the English Baroque style. In the 1870s William Butterfield took down the galleries, and fixed the front panels and capitals to the walls.
