070707-N-3038W-312 PERSIAN GULF (July 7, 2007) - Aircrew attached to the "Eightballers" of Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron (HS) 8 watch an SH-60F Seahawk land on the flight deck of Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74). In between flight cycles, the helicopter is refueled and the aircrews are swapped out. Stennis and Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 9 are on a scheduled deployment in support of the global war on terrorism and maritime operations.
