She currently serves at Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center’s (SMWDC) Surface Advanced Warfighting School in San Diego, California, where she updates surface warfighting tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP). Lock is from Doylestown, Pennsylvania, and attended Central Bucks High School West and earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Pennsylvania State University in 2009 and was commissioned through the NROTC program.
