Kashmiri women are seen walking past Indian paramilitary men standing on guard amidst snowfall during a shut-down in Srinagar. Lives were affected in Kashmir valley on Wednesday due to a protest shutdown called by the separatists against the custodial death of a school teacher yesterday. Forces in adequate numbers were also deployed in sensitive areas to thwart any protests in view of shutdown call issued by the seperatists.
