A splendid improvement on the old Mountain Ash-leaved Spira;a, witli which it is identical, except that the white flowers are prodnced in immense pyramidal panicles, frequently ten inches wide by 15 inches high; these, backed with Ihe bright green ferny foliage, appear like large bouquets of bloom. One of the most charming of all low- growing Shrubs, with fine delicate foliage, and a profusion of small white flowers in spring. 35 cts. each. -Van Houttei. The grandest of all the white Spirseas; it is of compact habit and a beautiful ornament for the lawn at any season, but when in flower it is a complete fountain of white bloom, the foliage hardly showing. 35 cts. each; $ per doz.
